ROWAN COUNTY, N.C. — A Mooresville couple was arrested in Rowan County after deputies found marijuana in their 3-year-old’s diaper bag. Pedro Jaramillo-Garcia and his wife, Tiffany, are charged with felony drug possession and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
